Calling all intermediate to advanced bellydancers for our annual Nutcracker~ A Bellydance Tale!!!

Saturday, September 9th, 2017
4-7pm at MAS

Audition will include a full company warmup & drilling, group choreography, and solo improvisation. No costuming needed. Bring a veil (silk preferred) and finger cymbals. Soft dance shoes welcome (example jazz or ballet shoes).

Submit by emailing resume, headshot & link to recent solo performance video to aubre@aubrehill.com by September 1st, 2017.

Rehearsals will be held at MAS Tuesdays 9:00-10:30pm, Saturdays 4:00-7:00pm, and/or Sundays 4:30-7:30pm depending on pieces. Schedule availability will be requested at audition. Performances will be the weekend of December 1-3rd. Dancers must be available for the entire weekend with specific times set by early September.

This is not a paid position but training is included. Cast is additionally given a discount on MAS classes during rehearsal season. Plus videos & photos. All costuming is provided.

MAS~ Movement Art Space is located in the Verdugo Plaza at 3326 Verdugo Road, Los Angeles, CA 90065 with plenty of free parking.
