because she exudes grace, strength and
technique in a beautiful manner when
she dances. She dances so effortlessly
as if she's dancing on a cloud and really

Faizeh is a pioneer in the belly dance world, employing styles that
crossover from cabaret to tribal to fusion. With a sought-after
children's troupe, a teen troupe, and as a member of several adult
troupes and the organizer of her local alternative belly dance
competition, she is helping to shape the face of belly dance to come.

Ayse Cerami is my favorite teacher
because she is the one who first
introduced me to tribal belly dance.
She is an amazingly kind and gentle
spirit as well as being one of the most
creative choreographers I've met. She
has the ability to take people of varying
skill levels and make them all look

that you can duplicate easily. She also
has a great ability to teach choreography to
a large group in a short amount of time

I would like to suggest Sedona
as an instructor of the month.
She is an amazing teacher and
dancer who gets so little
recognition. Her students are all
amazing dancers because of
her. Even students that move
into her class after having had
other classes, grow leaps and
bounds. It shows in their
performance, in their repertoire
of moves, and in their stage
presence. Sedona is a fabulous
